How to Submit a Copyright Notice

A useful copyright notice should include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted.
- The exact URL on PKRStore.pk where the material appears.
- Explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised.
- A good-faith statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What We Do After Receiving a Notice
We review properly documented complaints. Where a complaint appears valid and action is appropriate, we may remove, restrict or modify the material in question.
Counter-Notice
If material has been removed and you believe the action was based on a mistake or misidentification,
You may contact us with your contact information, identification of the removed material, its former location, an explanation of the alleged mistake, your good-faith statement and your signature.
Repeat Infringement
Where applicable, repeated submission of infringing content may result in a contributor being restricted from submitting further material.
False Notices
Please do not submit knowingly false copyright complaints or counter-notices.

The DMCA is a United States copyright statute. PKRStore.pk uses this page as a voluntary copyright complaint procedure and may also consider properly documented complaints under Pakistani law or other applicable jurisdictions.
